Digitization & Submission
How do I submit my photos and receive the finished work? expand_more
Please provide a digital copy with a minimum of 300 PPI (600 PPI or higher if you plan on an enlargement) directly through my secure quote form or email. Local customers can also provide the original physical print to have it professionally scanned. All finished restorations and colourizations are delivered as pristine digital files ready for personal archiving or printing.
What digital file format will I receive? expand_more
Services and deliverables are 100% digital. Finished images are typically provided in high-quality PNG format (or maximum-quality JPEG upon request) via email or a secure, private download link. These files are optimized for longevity, easy reprinting and immediate sharing with family.

Typical turnaround is approximately five days, depending on the complexity of the project. I prioritize careful, detailed work over rushing the process to ensure the highest quality result.

I provide a free assessment and quote before any work begins. Every photograph is unique, and pricing depends on the level of damage and the specific services required.
Do I have to pay up front? expand_more
You do not pay up front. For larger projects you may be asked to provide a deposit but in most instances you will review a proof before making full payment.
